Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a General Manager to lead the Laurel, Mississippi restaurant. You will drive daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

You will manage budgets, labor, and inventory, recruit and train staff, and collaborate with leadership to implement regional initiatives. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching ability in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, labor, and food costs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, staffing, and inventory control.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve goals and deliver excellent service.
• Manage P&L to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff; schedule labor efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing restaurant environment.
• Foster a positive team culture and collaborate with District Manager on regional initiatives.
