As a Restaurant Manager with THE ONE GROUP, you will beresponsible for overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations,ensuring smooth service, and leading a team to deliver unforgettable guestexperience. What We’re Looking For

• Provenleadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, orHospitality Manager
• Strongcustomer service background with a focus on guest experience andoperational excellence
• Extensivefood and beverage knowledge, with the ability to educate staff on menusand ingredients
• Familiaritywith restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)
• Strongleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Acutefinancial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&Lreports
