Palette Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations from opening to close, ensuring courteous, friendly, and efficient service that upholds the brand image. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while aligning with General Manager expectations and property standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months in a restaurant role, with 6+ months in team leadership.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalations with a positive outcome.
• Supervise staff and coordinate day-to-day operation of each assigned shift.
• Delegate duties to staff and manage break times.
• Train staff to meet service standards for food, beverage, and service style.
• Communicate with guests and solicit feedback, address issues as needed.
• Coach staff to maintain professional interactions with guests.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Assist with special events as needed.
