Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of leadership with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability by recruiting and training top talent.
• Lead with purpose, resolve conflicts, and drive results through others.
• Oversee labor scheduling, food supply, and health/safety standards.
• Deliver a consistent guest experience and coach for service excellence.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
