Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day management of the restaurant and location.
• Grow sales and EBITDA while meeting budget and controls.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead Managers and Team Members.
• Ensure FOH and HOH results and CHARM service is delivered.
• Communicate initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor scheduling, staffing, and inventory; control costs.
• Adhere to wage and hour regulations and payroll responsibilities.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and effective communication.
