Responsibilities include supervision of menus, inventory control, and coordination of purchasing, with a focus on cost containment and operational efficiency.

• Oversee planning, organizing and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training are followed and completed on time.
• Monitor health, fire, safety and labor regulations related to food preparation and serving, and facility maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate staffing, training, and performance expectations; maintain a positive, productive working environment.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports to identify cost reductions or program improvements.
• Coordinate deliveries and inventory, verify product quality and quantity, and manage supplier relations.
