Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory, scheduling, and maintaining health and safety compliance, while coaching staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or similar service operation.
• Knowledge of health, safety and labor regulations.
• Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and schedules.
• Strong leadership and staff training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, service and quality.
• Monitor health, safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Plan menus, order supplies, and manage budgets and payroll.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; schedule shifts.
