Bonefish Grill in Lakeland, FL is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily FOH/BOH operations, elevate guest experiences, and model professional leadership for the team.

You will assist with staffing by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies; evidence-based performance coaching may be required.

Qualifications

• One (1) year previous restaurant management experience.
• One (1) year previous experience in full service restaurant management (including bar).
• Certification in food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Respond to guest comments and uphold service standards.
• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
