Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single-unit operation with a focus on guest satisfaction, quick and accurate service, and a clean, safe dining environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Successfully complete all training and pass all applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations and trains team to meet service standards.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members and provides feedback.
• Manages guest feedback and resolves complaints promptly using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank approach.
• Monitors calls, ensures courteous, prompt handling of inquiries, and enforces company policies.
• Responsible for budgets, inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe restaurant.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and drives performance through coaching and development.
