Job summary

Zaxbys is expanding and seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a developing team, and uphold brand standards. You will ensure great guest experiences, manage scheduling, training, and performance with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily restaurant operations to ensure guest experiences meet standards.
• Create and manage effective work schedules following company policies and local law.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve quarterly goals.
• Supervise service quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager and participate in reviews.
