Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC in Wellford, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager - Restaurant Operations to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring a great guest experience and adherence to standards.

You will manage the team, processes, and shift flow, training staff, maintaining food quality, safety, and compliance, while supporting the General Manager.

This role is hourly, non-exempt, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training, including the Assistant Manager Development Plan and Food Safety Certification.
• Lead by example to build a positive, upbeat culture and keep team morale high.
• Keep service speed, food quality, and cleanliness at the level guests expect.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicate expectations, and adjust as needed.
• Keep the operation safe and compliant with laws and company policies.
• Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager in a timely manner.
