Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant experience.
• Management experience required.
• Strong operational and financial understanding.
• Food Safety certification required.
• High school diploma required; hospitality education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations: oversee restaurant operations, health, safety, and staff scheduling.
• Financial Management: assist with budgeting, cost controls, and revenue performance.
• Staffing & Leadership: recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Guest Experience: ensure consistent satisfaction and address escalated guest issues.
