Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Train new and current Team Members.
• Plan shift schedules and monitor attendance.
• Assign duties based on roles and skill levels.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve with a positive attitude.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitary compliance in all areas.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned.
• Open and close restaurant per policy and maintain standards.
• Provide feedback to management and address performance issues.
• Lead by example to maintain productivity and morale.
