Job summary

Hardee's in Kentucky is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to direct daily operations and embody the brand vision, mission, and promise. You will train and coach restaurant staff to achieve targets in People, Customer, Sales, and Profit, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

As a leader, you will drive a customer-focused culture, manage costs and profitability, and ensure compliant operations across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between locations as needed.
• Effective communication across all levels of the team.
• Customer-focused, with a commitment to high service standards.
• Developing talent and keeping the crew engaged.
• Execution excellence to manage costs and profitability while maintaining safety and quality.
• Accountability for continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to align with brand vision and standards.
• Train, coach, and develop restaurant staff to meet performance targets.
• Monitor and improve customer service, food quality, and safety compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, inventory, and controllables to drive margin growth.
• Collaborate with HR and District Manager on employee relations and local store initiatives.
• Lead store-level marketing and community engagement with district partnerships.
• Ensure food safety standards via audits and training (Servsafe or state-approved equivalents).
• Perform periodic business reviews to identify opportunities and close performance gaps.
