Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a similar organization.

• Proven leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.
• Maintain inventory, scheduling, and cost controls to meet performance objectives.
• Develop and coach TEAM Members; conduct frequent feedback and evaluations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies and procedures.
