Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a Manager to assist the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations in Michigan. You will uphold company standards for service, product prep, inventory, training, and financial controls, while fostering a TEAM-driven culture aligned with our core values.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, and developing staff, scheduling to meet demand, and ensuring safety and sanitation across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a similar organization.
• College graduate with a two or four year degree in Hotel/Restaurant, Management, Business or associated field.
• Successfully demonstrated all required training associated with Management training, ongoing development as outlined by the training department.

Responsibilities

• Promote prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Directs overall activities and performance of TEAM Members on a shift by shift basis.
• Breeds a culture using the Vision / Mission statement to guide Values.
• Ensures guest experience as a priority and addresses verbal guest complaints.
• Effectively schedules TEAM Members to meet sales demands.
• Maintains and enforces safety, sanitation and inventory controls.
• Develops and coaches Assistant Managers and Key TEAM Members.
