Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Two years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Experience in a fast-casual or similar restaurant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies and standards.
• Support General Manager in team training to achieve standards.
• Supervise shifts and manage operations in absence of GM.
• Coach and develop Service Managers and team members.
