Job summary

Denny’s and WKS Restaurant Group are seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, drive guest service excellence, and lead a team across dining, kitchen, and service areas.

This role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring safety and operational efficiency while promoting a positive, inclusive culture and delivering profitable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• ServSafe certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, and development of team members; provide coaching and feedback.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations across dining, kitchen, and service areas.
• Schedule staffing and labor deployment to meet business needs.
• Ensure prompt, friendly, high-quality guest service and satisfaction.
• Assist in managing labor and cost controls to meet sales goals.
• Enforce health, safety, and brand standards; maintain compliance.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures; support side work tasks.
