Job summary

WKS Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Denny’s brand in El Paso. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations, leads teams, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains brand standards.

You will oversee dining room, kitchen, and service areas; participate in scheduling, labor deployment, and inventory; coach staff and uphold safety and cleanliness standards to drive profitable performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of brand standards and food safety practices.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: support hiring, training, and development; coach team members; uphold professional culture and brand values.
• Operations Management: oversee daily restaurant operations; assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor deployment; ensure opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Guest Service: ensure prompt, friendly service; resolve guest concerns; maintain visible presence to support guest experience.
• Financial Support: assist in managing labor and cost controls; support plans to meet sales and profit goals; assist with inventory control and waste reduction.
