Job summary

The Halal Shack UF in Gainesville is seeking a Unit Supervisor to oversee both the kitchen and Front of House teams. You will drive performance, uphold quality, and ensure smooth operations in a vibrant fusion Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurant.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and teamwork, with a passion for handmade, made-to-order cuisine. This role offers growth toward AGM/GM tracks within Campus Restaurant Operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced in supervising kitchen teams and front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate kitchen and FOH teams to high performance.

• Oversee guest experience and service quality.
• Create and manage prep schedules to cover pars and usage.
