Kona Grill - Baltimore is seeking an Operations Manager for Kona Grill Bistro to lead a 15-25 person team, drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a hands-on role.

You will oversee a $1.2–$2.2M annual operation, supervise all shifts, coach on the line, and model excellence daily. This position combines leadership with hands-on service to maintain The ONE Group VIBE.

Qualifications

• Oversee sales growth, profitability, food and beverage quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain speed-of-service standards and 3–5 minute ticket times with accurate orders.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback within 24 hours across channels.
• Ensure the restaurant scores 4.5+ stars on review platforms.
• Lead a 15–25 person team across all shifts and manage $1.2–$2.2M annual business.
