• Maintain 3–5 minute ticket times and respond to guest feedback within 24 hours.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in all areas.
• Drive sales, manage labor costs, and analyze financial metrics.
• Hire, train and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and scheduling.
