Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Auburn, IN is seeking a General Manager to execute the store plan, achieve sales, manage local marketing, and maximize profits through staffing, training, and operations while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will lead customer service, quality, cleanliness, and cost controls, train and develop managers and crew, oversee budgets and P&L, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, community-focused Wendy's restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute store plan to meet sales and profit targets and staffing needs.
• Lead local store marketing and promotions to respond to market conditions.
• Train and mentor storefront teams on quality, service and cleanliness.
• Ensure health, safety and company policies, including cash control and security.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L analysis and cost control measures.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, customer service and product quality.
• Manage scheduling and staffing levels to optimize operations and labor costs.
• Foster employee relations and develop managers with growth plans.
