Qualifications

• 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures.
• P&L analysis and budgeting experience.
• Interviewing practices and training/development experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the store plan to achieve sales targets and maximize profits.
• Staff, train, and develop the management team and crew.
• Develop and execute local store marketing plans to drive sales.
• Monitor budget goals and communicate variances with the DM.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards; resolve customer issues promptly.
