Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently.
• Strong math abilities in addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages.
• Understand the use of personal computers and various software such as Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of Assistant Managers and employees.
• Oversees hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees.
• Provides on the job training for new employees.
• Manages ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all supplies to minimize loss from waste/theft.
• Supervises food preparation and service operations; assists during rush periods.
• Forecasts food items per shift to meet demand.
• Maintains restaurant efficiency and customer service standards.
• Supervises cash handling, greeting customers, taking orders and ensuring order accuracy.
• Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize delivery speed.
• Completes daily opening procedures, food prep and inventory tasks.
• Operates and audits systems and paperwork; ensures security of cash drawers.
