Job summary

• Successfully pass a background check
• Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations at least 40 hours per week.
• Experience working as an Assistant Manager in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in coordination with the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop, direct, and supervise hourly Team Members to hit sales and profit targets while maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Utilize Crown Academy LMS and in-house POS to train staff, record sales, control costs, and monitor store performance.
