Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Develop, direct, and supervise the team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Become a General Manager of a Topper Pizza store (career goal).
• Live with integrity – say what you mean and do what you say, especially when nobody's watching.
• Have fun – work with enthusiasm.
• Project a positive image and energy – smile in person and on the phone.
• Be noticeably friendly and give each customer personal attention.
