Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Able to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair supervision.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Hire, develop Taco Bell employees and onboard new team members.
• Address safety concerns and escalate to manager/HR as needed.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and deployment.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain daily inventory, deliveries, opening/closing operations.
• Analyze sales, labor, and expenses to meet margins and targets.
