Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas including back-of-house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with scheduling and training of team members.
• Coach and develop employees during onboarding.
• Ensure safety and compliance with workplace regulations.
• Monitor cost, inventory, and quality to meet targets.
