Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in back-of-house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Hire and onboard Taco Bell employees.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to management and HR.
• Perform daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and financial procedures; adjust staffing as needed.
• Assist with schedule creation and team deployment.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to hit targets.
• Monitor daily inventory and adherence to standards.
