Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Beaverton, OR. The AGM will oversee operating hours, supervise staff, and ensure a clean, efficient, and profitable restaurant with high service standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching employees, managing shifts, and maintaining food safety, inventory, and cash controls daily to meet margins and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal promotion after training.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Experience in supervising and coaching employees.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair employee treatment.
• Coach and develop team members during onboarding.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to HR as needed.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures daily.
• Assist with schedule creation and correct team deployment.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for inventory and prep.
• Handle daily cash procedures and bank deposits as required.
