Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas including front and back of house.
• Assist with food prep, restocking, and inventory checks.
• Manage shifts, schedule staff, and ensure fair labor practices.
• Coach and develop team members; onboard new hires.
• Ensure safety, food safety audits, and cash procedures.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and expenses to meet targets.
