Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands‑on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.
• Proven ability growing sales.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Able to analyze issues and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities and schedules.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and coach or discipline as needed.
• Observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly.
• Direct scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs and inventory.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation; uphold Ruby Tuesday standards.
• Direct and train Front of House and Back of House staff on policies and specs.
• Supervise production and preparation of foods and beverages per recipes.
