Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring an Assistant General Manager in our New York restaurant to drive daily operations and uphold brand standards. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and recognize performance to deliver memorable guest experiences.

In GM’s absence you’ll run the floor, make key decisions, and support profitability with cash control and labor planning. You’ll champion a culture of inclusion, recruit talent, train staff, and ensure food safety and quality while maintaining a fun, high-energy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control, security procedures, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell’s culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.
• Lead efforts in recognition, collaboration, and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence, maintain food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in GM's absence.
• Collaborate with GM on performance feedback and hiring processes.
