Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Partners with GM to plan actions for guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Manages daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates cost controls and adjusts as needed.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding for new members.
• Implements action plans for employee needs and assessments.
