Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day restaurant operations, monitor sales, labor, costs.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure guest service.
• Supervise and develop team members; staff coverage and training.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and brand standards.
• Monitor inventory and control food and supply costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, sanitation, and regulations.
• Recruit and coach associates; conduct evaluations and actions.
• Maintain equipment and facility readiness; report maintenance.
