Job summary

• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs shift manager tasks and supervises a staff of 10–20.
• Assigns, oversees and evaluates work; recommends promotions, transfers, or terminations.
• Coordinates staff to maintain cleanliness per Operations Manual.
• Oversees food preparation to ensure safety and standards.
• Performs paperwork duties as needed.
• Assists with planning of special events and promotions.
