Job summary

Terrace Pointe Café at Encore Las Vegas, part of Wynn Resorts, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and lead the team alongside the General Manager.

You will manage labor and inventory, implement service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while helping maximize profitability. English fluency is required; Forbes-rated experience is a plus. This is a high-volume venue with diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of restaurant management experience.
• English fluency in professional communication.
• Experience in high-volume, fine dining preferred.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations including labor, inventory, and guest service.
• Assist GM with strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health standards and food safety regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with culinary team for seamless service between kitchen and dining room.
• Manage employee relations and HR agenda within the CBA.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
