Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team in a high-demand, full-service setting. You will partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef to direct daily operations, coach managers, and drive service, quality, and hospitality standards.

You will supervise restaurant managers and hourly staff, contribute to financial performance, and motivate the team to maintain brand excellence across shifts and guests.

Qualifications

• 4 years high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to coach, counsel, and provide performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to the General Manager and acts as GM in their absence.
• Leads and develops management and hourly staff to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Oversees food and beverage operations with Executive Chef and bar/wine program.
• Ensures adherence to safety, sanitation, and company policies.
