You will oversee guest experience, appearance, team leadership, scheduling, and effective communication with the General Manager to ensure hospitality excellence.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in the dining room and bar, development of hourly staff, inventory management, and collaboration to run smooth service.

• Manage bar inventory and ordering
• Bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer
• Partners with the General Manager to ensure all operations run smoothly
