Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager in Harvey, Louisiana. In this role, you'll assist the General Manager in executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profit goals, and providing excellent service to Guests and Team Members.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• Strong energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing the restaurant plan and achieving sales/profit goals.
• Train Team Members on operations, Company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to Team Members.
