Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote Guest satisfaction and manage restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed during shifts.
• Train Team Members on operations and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and violations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Team Members.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests.
