Qualifications

• Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and open availability.
• 1-3 years of management experience; restaurant management preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required training, including development, food safety, and management certifications.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through team coaching and ensuring service quality.
• Create work schedules, delegate shift duties, and communicate expectations.
