Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Kentucky to provide quality customer service and products while learning and supporting restaurant management responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a management role, are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation. They should pass background checks and obtain required food-safety certifications, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management role (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager)
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Background and motor vehicle record checks required
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and IDQ standards.
