Flynn Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Applebee’s in Auburn, MA. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Role includes hands-on support across dining, bar, and service areas, with a focus on maintaining Applebee’s standards and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, friendly service and uphold Applebee’s standards.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health compliance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support operational excellence from line checks to paperwork.
• Jump in where needed, including cooking, bartending, or greeting guests.
