Flynn Group Applebee's is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, maintain guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to brand standards and safety policies.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and excellent staffing and cost-control skills. In-person work in a busy Applebee's is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food certification adds value.
• Serve Safe Alcohol certification adds value.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.
