The role requires maintaining cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance across the restaurant. We seek candidates with 2–3 years of casual dining management, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus flexibility for weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (casual dining preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, friendly service and uphold Applebee’s standards.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support operational excellence from line checks to paperwork.
• Jump in wherever needed, including cooking, bartending, or greeting guests.
