Noodles & Company in Rogers, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead, coach, and work alongside our teams to deliver great food and welcoming guest experiences. You will help oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and build a positive, accountable environment.

With a focus on leadership development, you will schedule, manage labor, and ensure food safety, while supporting the GM to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management (preferred).
• Ability to lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrating conflict-resolution and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Identifying high-potential talent and supporting growth through development and recognition.
• Adhering to operational, inventory, and food safety procedures.
• Schedule planning, labor management, and local restaurant marketing support.
• Possess a valid driver’s license; able to drive occasionally.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
