• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience (required).
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management (preferred).
• Ability to lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work with teams to deliver great food and hotel‑quality guest experiences.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Schedule, manage labor, and control expenses while supporting local marketing efforts.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness per company standards.
• Ensure opening, middle, and closing coverage with flexible scheduling, including weekends/holidays.
