Qualifications

• Two years+ leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management.
• Owns restaurant performance including guest experience and operations.
• Leads a high-performing team to achieve guest satisfaction and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant success through scheduling, labor management, and cost control.
• Oversee back-of-house systems and overall performance.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop future leaders.
